Know before you buy.
Riser Studio is made and licensed by David Yousefi Hashtyani, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”), and sold through the payment provider named at checkout.
Private beta · not on sale yet. This page describes the planned purchase terms. The current beta uses personal, expiring keys; checkout and purchase-code delivery are not live. We may update these terms before purchasing opens.
The short version
Riser Studio is downloadable software. There is no voluntary money-back guarantee. Refunds remain available where required by applicable law or the payment provider’s buyer terms, including applicable rights if the software is faulty or not as described.
Before you buy
Please check the current platform requirements and verification status. The private-beta builds include standalone and VST3 versions for Apple Silicon Macs and Windows x64, plus AU on Mac. Windows needs the WebView2 Runtime for the interface. Wider hardware and commercial-DAW acceptance are still in progress. If you are unsure about your computer or host, email us before purchasing opens.
Buying in the EU or the UK
Consumers in the EU and the UK generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online digital-content purchase. For an immediate download, that right is lost only when supply begins after the required prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss, with the required contract confirmation. Accepting these terms alone does not provide that separate consent.
When purchasing opens, any immediate-download consent and acknowledgement will be requested separately at checkout and confirmed with the order. If the required conditions are not met, the applicable withdrawal right remains. None of this removes your rights if Riser Studio is faulty or not as described.

If something is not working
Email contact@dyaudiomx.com with the email you bought with or your order number, your computer model and operating-system version, your DAW and plug-in format if relevant, and what happened. Please do not send your full licence key. We will work with you to get Riser Studio running. Where applicable law or the payment provider’s buyer terms entitle you to a refund, we will arrange it through the payment provider; contacting support does not waive those rights.
Payments, receipts and disputes
The payment provider processes your payment and issues your receipt, so questions about charges, receipts, invoices or tax go to its support, shown on your receipt. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by the payment provider under its buyer terms. Please contact us or the provider first, so we can put things right quickly; your rights with your card issuer are not affected.
When a purchase is refunded
If a purchase is fully refunded, or reversed through a chargeback, the licence ends, and you must stop using Riser Studio and delete it, including its plug-ins, from your computers. The payment provider issues any refund, normally to the payment method you used.
